Banana, Peanut Butter, & Cream Cheese Protein Muffins

INGREDIENTS

Muffin Mix:

  • 1.5 cup dry, Quaker Quick Oatmeal

  • 3/4 Cup Almond milk

  • 1 banana, ripe

  • 2 large, Egg

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 3 scoop, Protein powder

  • 1 tsp, Vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 2.50 tablespoon, Cheese cream, low-fat

  • 2 tbsp, Peanut Butter

PREPARATION

  1. In a medium to large bowl mix together all of the ingredients.

  2. Separate into 6 equal parts in a muffin or cupcake tin.

  3. In a small bowl mix cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Use 1 tbsp. to portion out and place in the middle of the batter of each muffin.

  4. Back at 350°for 12 minutes or until batter is cooked completely.
